Pharmacogenomics Specialist

We utilize pharmacogenomics testing – that is drug-gene testing – panels for some patients with a long history of treatment failure. If you have already completed pharmacogenomics testing, we will interpret the results and will require a separate consultation for this service at $75.00 with medication recommendations. We can de-prescribe, in coordination with your primary care providers, with the aim of experiencing less adverse drug reactions. Our goal is to help you get better.

It is important to note that pharmacogenomics testing is aimed at reducing adverse drug reactions and does NOT predict treatment-response to psychotropic compounds. We also utilize therapeutic drug monitoring for patients with multiple medications for predictive dosing due to potential drug-drug-gene interactions.
